I. What Personal Data Do We Collect and How We Process Your Personal Data
We may directly or indirectly collect personal data when you use our products and services, or when you interact with us. Your personal data with us is obtained from various sources. This includes: (a) data provided by you or sources authorized by you, such as our affiliates or partners; (b) information generated through your use of our products and services; (c) information obtained from legally and publicly available sources.
In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, we follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and integrity, collect only the personal data necessary for the implementation of product functions, and use the collected personal data for explicit purposes only. You will be informed whether you have to provide certain personal data that are required for the establishment and implementation of a business relationship and for the fulfillment of the associated contractual obligations or for the processing of which we are legally obligated. Please note that without the provision of such personal data, access to certain products and services of ours may be impossible.
You acknowledge and consent that we may collect your sensitive personal information, the scope of which may vary in different jurisdictions, but typically includes biometric information.
The processing of personal data includes the following:
- Account Registration and Login
To fully use our products and services, you need to first register a user account. During the registration or login process, we may collect the relevant personal data you provide by filling in forms or through other means, including your email address, contact number, user name and password. We may verify your identity by sending a verification code via SMS or email. To ensure the security of your personal information, please do not transfer or lend your account to others. You may choose not to register as our user and not to provide the above data.
Where applicable, the above processing is based on the performance of contract.
- Robot Interaction Customization
To provide you with products and services for editing, generating, and controlling robot interaction actions, we may collect text instructions, images, videos, and audio that you actively input, import, or upload. You may upload or import local materials through this platform. We will process such information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of robot interaction customization.
When you choose to import images, videos, audio, or other related materials, you shall ensure that such materials are obtained from lawful sources and that you have obtained the explicit consent of the relevant rights holders to authorize us to conduct necessary analysis and processing of such materials on this platform. If the materials you import infringe upon the data rights and interests of any third party, you shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities. We do not assume any obligation to review the legality of the materials you import; however, upon receiving a complaint from a rights holder, we reserve the right, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to delete the relevant content and suspend the provision of related services.
To provide you with robot interaction services, depending on your usage scenario, we may collect the following: (i) personal image information, including facial features, body shape, and limb movements; (ii) audio information, including voice, tone, and semantic content; (iii) motion and behavioral characteristic information, including skeletal key points, posture trajectories, and motion characteristics; (iv) other indirectly identifiable information, including clothing features, background audio, name, gender, profile information, and user grouping. The detailed processing contents are as follows:
A. Familiar Greeting Mode & Biometric Processing
To provide the "Familiar Visitor Greeting" (or "Familiar Welcome") feature, we process biometric data, including Face Feature Vectors and Profile-Level Voiceprint Vectors, to uniquely identify registered individuals across different sessions. This feature is structurally dormant by default and strictly relies on your Explicit Consent. Your consent is collected via a mandatory "Just-in-Time" pop-up notice when you actively upload your portrait or reference audio via the platform. For general conversational continuity, session-level voiceprints may be extracted but are completely transient. The legal basis for the above data processing activity is explicit consent.
B. Voice Cloning & Biometric Processing
To provide the 'Voice Cloning' feature, strictly based on your Explicit Consent, we collect a 10-30 seconds Raw Voice Recording via our secure web portal. This raw audio is processed solely to extract biometric features and generate a pseudonymized Voice ID and mathematical Voice Model. We also process Hardware & Account Binding Data (including User ID, Robot SN, Agent ID) to securely route the synthesized audio back to your specific device.
If you choose to upload a voice recording of a third party, you are subject to a mandatory "User Representation and Warranty" mechanism. You must explicitly confirm and legally warrant that you have obtained explicit, legally binding consent from the voice owner prior to processing.
Third-Party AI Processing & Training Prohibition: Voice commands and text transcripts are processed via third-party AI providers (such as Microsoft ASR and Azure OpenAI) to facilitate real-time intent analysis and response generation. We strictly enforce a zero-data retention policy for real-time speech-to-text conversion and contractually prohibit these sub-processors from using your voice data, text prompts, or metadata to train, retrain, or improve their own foundational AI models.
Voice cloning data, including raw audio, pseudonymized Voice IDs, and mathematical Voice Models, are processed via the third-party provider. We enforce a strictly transient, zero-persistent storage architecture for raw audio data—ensuring these files are hard-deleted immediately as soon as the feature extraction session concludes—and explicitly prohibit the third-party provider by contract from utilizing any of the aforementioned biometric data for general AI foundational model training.
- Product and Service Optimization and Continuous Development
We may use the information collected to improve our products and services, and to carry out necessary business operations and analytical research, such as operating products or providing services, evaluating, maintaining, and improving the performance of products and services, developing new products and services, and providing customer support. To improve our products and services, we may also conduct statistical analysis of product usage. At the same time, we may share these statistical analysis results with the public to demonstrate overall usage trends of our services, provided that such statistical analysis results do not contain any of your personal information.
Where applicable, the above processing is based on the performance of contract and our legitimate interests.
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
II. How Do We Keep Your Personal Data
- The retention period of personal data collected by us shall be the shortest time necessary to realize the purpose specified herein, unless a longer retention period is required by laws and regulations. Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized after the aforementioned retention period expires. For robot interaction customization and related features, we enforce the following automated storage limitations:
- Raw Image/Video Streams: Deleted immediately (less than 1 second) post-inference from volatile memory (RAM).
- Voice Recordings (Microphone Audio) & Text Transcripts: Retained for a maximum of 12 months for troubleshooting and interaction history review, after which they are automatically purged.
- Scene & Action Description Data, Inferred Attributes (Age, Emotion):Retained for a maximum of 12 months for troubleshooting and interaction history review, after which they are automatically purged.
- System Logs, Trace IDs, and Device Technical Data: Retained for a maximum of 6 months strictly for cybersecurity auditing, performance monitoring, and debugging.
- Biometric Data (Face Feature Vectors & Profile-Level Voiceprints): Persistently stored only as long as you maintain the "Familiar Greeting" feature. These vectors are automatically and irreversibly deleted if you withdraw your consent, manually delete your uploaded reference media, or terminate your account.
- Session-Level Voiceprints: Processed transiently and destroyed immediately upon device power-off or session end.
- Raw Voice Recording (Voice Cloning): Retained only transiently (seconds to minutes). The raw audio is hard-deleted immediately as soon as the biometric extraction session concludes and the Voice ID is generated.
- Voice ID & Voice Model: Persistently stored to provide the ongoing customized TTS feature. These are subject to automated cascading deletion and will be permanently hard-deleted the moment you withdraw your consent, manually delete the voice profile via the UI, or terminate your account.
- Consent & Authorization Records (including Third-Party Warranty logs): Retained for the life of the account plus 3 years post-deletion, strictly to fulfill our legal accountability and audit obligations under applicable laws (e.g., Article 7 GDPR).
- Where part or all of our products or services disabled for special reasons, we will inform you in time, stop collecting and processing your personal data on related products or services, and delete or anonymize the personal data of the related products or services, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

We have carefully selected these service providers and monitor them regularly. Crucially, we enforce strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that legally restrict transit networks (like Tencent Cloud) to act solely as a pass-through channel with no persistent storage, and contractually prohibit AI service providers from using your personal data, audio/video streams, or transcripts for the improvement or training of their own foundational AI models.
- Law Enforcement and Government Authorities
